Lauren Rosales Farello is Director of Operations & Impact at Blue Haven Initiative where she works closely with investment advisors, accountants, and the Investment Committee to ensure smooth back-end processes for the family office’s investment portfolio.

Megan McCarthy is Blue Haven’s Director of Partnerships. She plays a unique role as an integrator across our internal departments as well as the broader industry.

Sanzida Mohsin serves as Project Coordinator for Blue Haven Civics, where she supports the team in project development, management, and execution.

Nick Panagiotou serves as Executive Assistant and HR Manager at Blue Haven Initiative. Nick provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to Co-Founder and Principal Liesel Pritzker Simmons, managing scheduling, travel arrangements, and event coordination.

Daniel Wanjira is Director of Strategic Initiatives at Blue Haven Initiative, where he oversees the philanthropic and catalytic capital portfolio.
