Karinelis Ayala-Gonzalez is Operations Coordinator at Blue Haven Initiative, where she oversees logistical components for the operations team to ensure operational excellence and improve team efficiency. Additionally, she provides administrative assistance to Managing Director Kelly Escobedo to help expand the MD’s reach and bandwidth and help support the broader team.
Among her tasks is spearheading process improvements both within the Operations team and across the organization, and documenting processes and workflows to ensure compliance and improve team efficiency. She also helps manage vendor relationships, contract renewals, and employee adoption of critical technology platforms.
Previously, Karinelis worked in the facilities service Industry in various roles, including Operations Support/Transition Manager at UG2 in Boston, where she provided high-level administrative support and managed operational processes to ensure procedural compliance.
Karinelis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Framingham State University. Born in Santurce, Puerto Rico, Karinelis takes pride in her culture and heritage and is fluent in English and Spanish. She lives in the Boston area with her partner and their two daughters.
