Lauren Rosales Farello is Director of Operations at Blue Haven Initiative where she works closely with investment advisors, accountants, and the Investment Committee to ensure smooth back-end processes for the family office’s investment portfolio.
Lauren manages impact management and measurement of the portfolio across asset classes and impact themes. Combining her project management experience and financial/impact knowledge, Lauren also oversees the family office’s portfolio management software to draw actionable insights across all asset classes and impact areas.
Prior to joining the family office, Lauren spent four years at the Aspen Institute’s ANDE (Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs) facilitating international partnerships and managing special projects to generate a more robust ecosystem for impact investors, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs in emerging markets. Additionally, Lauren worked at Align Impact on the philanthropic and impact-first investing team, conducting diligence and making investment recommendations for high-net-worth individuals and family foundations.
Lauren has an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business and a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and their dog.
