Executive Assistant/HR Manager
Nick Panagiotou serves as Executive Assistant and HR Manager at Blue Haven Initiative. Nick provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to Co-Founder and Principal Liesel Pritzker Simmons, managing scheduling, travel arrangements, and event coordination. Additionally, he works on the Operations team as the HR Manager, managing HR systems, employee benefits, and culture-building events.
Before joining Blue Haven Initiative, Nick worked at Boston University School of Law in the Development & Alumni Relations office, where he supported development initiatives and coordinated alumni relations activities, and later as the Group Exercise Assistant at Sports Club/LA in Boston.
Based in Boston, Nick loves the performing arts and is a long-time member of the Boston Gay Men’s Chorus. He holds a BA in Communications & Journalism and Theater.
